As you join our program you will find yourself in a pleasant atmosphere, where the doctor and the personnel pledge to you their support and encouragement. You, of course, are asked to do your share. Should your weight loss be inadequate, we will attempt discretely to find out why and correct the cause of the failure. (Without shouting at you, degrading you or upsetting you.) • Very low fat diet
• Very low simple sugar
• Selective restrictions of the High Glycemic carbohydrates
• All green vegetables
• Most fruits allowed
• Moderate sustained exercise
